Sandy's Oil Sandy’s Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Laboratory Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sandy’s Blend is a combination of Arbequina and Picual varietals, two of the most widely planted trees in Spain. They also grow well at Sandy Oaks Olive Orchard. The soft, meadowy, sweet flavor of Arbequina blends beautifully with the slightly bitter and robust flavor of the Picual to produce a complex buttery flavor at the front of the palette and the highly prized at the back.

Olio Nuovo  Sandy Oaks Olive Orchard is proud to present our 2018 Olio Nuovo- Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  The quality of the 2019 oil is excellent, surpassing the International and California Olive Oil Council standards of acidity to be classified Extra Virgin. The oil this year is a blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, Koroneiki, Chemlali, Picual and other varietals.  The flavor is buttery at the front of the palate to an herbal flavor mid-palate with a peppery finish.

Original Blend This formula brings together Koroneiki (Crete), Arbequina (Spain) and Barnea (Israel) oils and features a very assertive flavor. This combination offers a more robust alternative to our popular Sandy’s Blend, which is milder but still with lots of body.
