FAQ

 

  • Can I edit my produce order?
    • At this time we can not customize our weekly produce.
    • We encourage you to experiment with new/unfamiliar local and seasonal produce. Check out our blog for recipe suggestions!

  

  • When can I place my order?
    • You may edit your order until Midnight on the Tuesday before your Friday Pickup each week.
    • Ordering will be disabled Wednesday, 12:01 AM until Friday at 8:00 PM while orders are being processed.

 

  • When/where do I pick up my bag?
    • Pick-ups will happen between 3pm and 7pm on Friday at the Can Recycle Building, 300 Grayson St., San Antonio, TX 78215.
    • PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON HAND. (You can find your order number at the top of your confirmation email).
    • To limit contact and expedite the curbside process, order numbers should be written out on a sheet of paper and placed on your dashboard. 
    • Follow signs to curbside location.
    • Pearl representatives will be on hand to deliver your bags to your vehicle.
    • You will be given a suggested pick-up window to prevent long lines and disruption of Pearl traffic. We recommend coming during your suggested window however, your order will be ready for pick-up anytime 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM on Friday

 

  • What happens if I can’t pick up my bag?
    • If you can not make it to pickup and would like to send a friend, please ensure that they have your name and order number (found at the top of your confirmation email).
    • Any products left behind after 7pm will be donated to San Antonio TimeDollar, a longtime Pearl Farmers Market partner
