- Can I edit my seasonal produce bag order?
- At this time we can not customize our weekly produce.
- We encourage you to experiment with new/unfamiliar local and seasonal produce.
- When can I place my order?
- You may place your order from Sunday 7pm until Midnight on the following Thursday each week.
- Ordering will be disabled Friday, 12:01 AM until Sunday at 7:00 PM while orders are being processed.
- When/where do I pick up my bag?
- Pick-ups will happen between 2pm and 6pm on Sunday at the Can Recycle Building, 300 Grayson St., San Antonio, TX 78215.
- PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON HAND. (You can find your order number at the top of your confirmation email).
- To limit contact and expedite the curbside process, order numbers should be written out on a sheet of paper and placed on your dashboard.
- Follow signs to curbside location.
- Pearl representatives will be on hand to deliver your bags to your vehicle.
- You will be given a suggested pick-up window to prevent long lines and disruption of Pearl traffic. We recommend coming during your suggested window however, your order will be ready for pick-up anytime 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM on Friday
- What happens if I can’t pick up my bag?
- If you can not make it to pickup and would like to send a friend, please ensure that they have your name and order number (found at the top of your confirmation email).
- Any products left behind after 7pm will be donated to San Antonio TimeDollar, a longtime Pearl Farmers Market partner
