Ciabatta: The Bread Box

Don't get me wrong, the bread was VERY good, but it looks nothing at all like this picture. The first time I ordered it I thought they messed up and gave us the wrong bread. Ordered it again and apparently the bread was right, it's just that it didn't look anything like the picture on here. It's tasty but due to a huge bubble in the middle of our loaf, there wasn't much bread at all. This tastes more like sourdough than ciabatta.
