This one had a lovely moldy rind, still good to eat. The flavor changed - I think to mild blue cheese. Excellent.
The best. I seem to buy it every two weeks! Even the rind is edible.

So lovely, I had a taste, then another piece. It was gone within an hour or so. I thought about saving some for the next day, but it was too luscious. Maybe my second round will last longer.
